How will the three brands be handled?
The system includes a dynamic theming engine that automatically applies the correct branding (logo, colors, fonts, imagery) based on which brand the proposal is for. Staff can switch brands with a single click when creating proposals.
What about our existing proposals and data?
We can migrate existing client data from HubSpot during the integration phase. Historical proposals can be uploaded as PDFs to the client portal, or we can discuss a data migration strategy for structured import.
Who will host the system?
The system will be hosted on Laravel Cloud, a managed hosting platform specifically optimized for Laravel applications with 99.9% uptime SLA. Hosting costs are approximately £30-40/month and are billed separately.
What happens after launch?
You receive a 12-month warranty covering any bugs or issues. After that, we offer optional monthly retainers for ongoing support, feature development, and system maintenance starting from £500/month.
Can clients from one brand see projects from another?
Client data is isolated by brand by default. However, if a client works with multiple Bricks UK brands, we can configure their portal to show a unified view across all brands—this is especially useful for builder partners.
Is the system GDPR compliant?
Yes. The system includes consent management, data export capabilities, right-to-deletion workflows, and comprehensive audit logging. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What's the payment schedule?
A 50% deposit (£7,500) is required to commence work. The remaining balance is split across phase completions, so you only pay as value is delivered. We can discuss alternative arrangements if needed.
What if we need changes during development?
Minor adjustments are expected and included. For significant scope changes, we'll discuss the impact on timeline and budget before proceeding—no surprise invoices.
How soon can we start?
I have availability starting February 2026. Once you accept this proposal, we can schedule the discovery session within the first week and begin development immediately after.
